Branch Sales Manager & Sales Executive

Reports to: Regional Head Sales

Positions Reporting to Role: Sales Officers HQ

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
  2. Maintain the productivity of the sales officers (SOs)
  3. Meet the business targets
  4. Identify sales opportunities
  5. Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
  6. Generate leads for new business and customers
  7. Prepare and analyze profit and loss statement for branch

Deliverables:

  1. Source accounts of small businesses and as well as households
  2. Provide training to the sales officer
  3. Achieve sales targets
  4. Guide sales officers and introduce clients to them
  5. Maintain stability in smooth-functioning of the activities in branch
  6. Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation/ MBA with 4 to 6 years of work experience.

Pay Scale : Rs. 35,000 (Including all allowances)

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  2. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  3. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  4. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  5. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  6. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  7. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
